King prawns and capers in a beurre blanc sauce with tarragon and chives
Roast red pepper, tomato and basil soup
Home made ardennes pate, with a homemade chutney, salad leaves and balsamic dressing
All the above served with freshly baked crusty bread and butter on the table.
The Main Course
West Country Fillet Steak wrapped in Parma Ham with bearnaise sauce
Duck Breast with wild cherry sauce
Pan Fried Sea Bream with samphire and cherry tomato salsa
All served with dauphinoise potato, steamed green beans, spinach, carrot and lemon puree

Egg and soldiers - meringue with passionfruit and mango puree, pineapple soldiers, chia seeds and clotted cream
