What a busy couple of weeks! My apologies to those who've had to wait a little longer for me to reply to their enquiries. I took a bit of time off to get married! 👰‍♀🤵‍♂🥂
Thank you to my sister who helped make our wedding cake and my wonderful husband and best man for cooking the food. We had the perfect day.

As you know, I don't do cake BUT when your baby asks for a Mario cake for his 7th birthday, you just can't say no. For my 1st attempt at a fondant cake I don't think I've done too bad.

Really enjoyed catering for the guys and girls over @ rural media while they've been filming the Oldham Coliseum all week. Different food every day and got to play about with some new vegan recipes. 😋

Oh my! what a day! 13 Easter egg cheesecakes, 6 sausage rolls, 3 cheese and onion pies, 3 meat and potato pies, 2 family pies, 3 jars of lemon curd, 3 lots of Easter fudge and an appointment smack bang in the middle. Having a well earned cup of tea now. Massive thank you to everyone who's ordered, every little helps to keep my small business going, I appreciate each and every one of you 💚
