About Us...
Having a love of food, I left school and attended Rochdale College where I trained to become a chef. I achieved my City & Guilds 706/1 / 2 and 3 levels, the equivalent of a Diploma SVQ/NVQ level 5 or Level 5 vocational awards in these times. I gained some of my experience in some great places such as The Remada Renaissance and The Midland Hotel. (Owner Donna Simpson)

nd when I met my husband we started to focus on the pub and my love, passion & creativeness became strong again. Whilst developing our existing pub business and kitchen, we decided we wanted to make more people happy, by creating great food for parties and consequently establishing Greenfields Catering Co which we manage from our existing large kitchen. Our staff loved the opportunity, increased creativity and new adventures and the wonderful news…generating new jobs.
