🚨WHAT WE DO /THE SERVICE WE PROVIDE🚨

💕We sometimes get asked questions that once we’ve answered we think ‘I can’t believe they never knew that about us’ so here’s a little run down of us- L.A.Florist💕

✨We are a lovely florist shop in the heart of Lees village creating flowers for all occasions

✨Our name stands for Laura Ashworth Florist (meeee although I’m married now so I’m Laura Kelly, but we couldn’t change our business name almost 6 years in, and L.K. Florist doesn’t have the same ring to it)

✨We are a dreamteam of four 👨‍👩‍👧‍👧 2 florists, 1 assistant florist and 1 delivery driver

✨We provide a delivery service 6 days a week to surrounding areas 🚚

✨We do same day delivery on all orders made before 2pm

✨Our opening hours are: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. 9am-3pm on Saturdays and closed Sunday.

✨You can order your flowers for delivery over the phone and pay with your card - no need to pop in

✨You can pop in and have a bespoke bouquet made there and then as you wait or ring ahead and pre order

✨You can order online through our brilliant website for both delivery and collection at www.la-florist.co.uk which has lots available to choose from

✨We are an Eflorist member- which means you can order flowers with us for anywhere in the Uk and worldwide for delivery

✨We are a wedding florist specialist and have created wedding flowers for hundreds of couples over the past 7 years.

✨We create and deliver all bespoke funeral tributes, there is a full gallery to look through.

✨We have our very own candle brand, with a full range of scents to choose from completely unique to us which we created with an amazing local candle company- every home needs one! 💁‍♀️

✨We sell a varied range of plants and planted arrangements for indoor and outdoor

✨We sell gardening tools, compost, miracle grow, w**d killer, plant food, watering cans, hanging baskets and all things garden related

✨We provide a re-do / re-fresh scheme for hanging baskets and pots. If you have plant pots or hanging baskets that are still usable but the plants have died and it needs some TLC just bring it in to us and we will, clean it up full it with gorgeous plants and fresh soil and refresh it.

✨We sell balloons, cards, wrapping paper, teddies,homeware, ornaments vases and gifts for all occasions

✨We do all balloon creations for parties, balloon sets for tables, large numbers, number stacks, foil and latex balloons for all occasions and more.

✨We sell homemade bespoke deco mesh ribbon wreaths. Mostly pre ordered with your requested colour schemes/ styles and all made here in the shop with our own fair hands

✨We create and sell a wide range of artificial and dried arrangements and individual stems. We have a full flower bar to choose from in the shop for artificial and dried.

✨We do floral workshops, wreath workshops, floral demonstrations, hands on workshops, private events for birthdays, hen dos and any other occasion

✨We are fully qualified florists with years of experience, a passion and an eye for flowers and creativity. We are friendly and helpful and will fulfil any request if possible.

Another new launch for 2025 🎈🎈🎈
We have now also expanded our balloon range to cover ALL balloon creations. From table sets, large numbers, number stacks, archways, hoops- you name it we can do it. We did this birthday set up this weekend for one of our loyal customers and she absolutely loved it. She gave us a colour scheme and an inspo photo to work with and we got the job done 💪💪💪. 💍 🚨 Announcement for 2025 weddings…
When I returned to work on the 6th Jan I had 16 new wedding enquiries over the phone and email… since then I’ve had multiple more phone calls, people popping in to enquire & book.
Then this Saturday I don’t actually know what was in the water but every customer nearly was a bride asking about wedding flowers, on top of two appointments we already had scheduled in. I feel like everyone has had Christmas and hit wedding mode hard which is fantastic. This being said if you are getting married THIS year and you have not yet booked your wedding flowers in and you know you want to discuss your flowers with us (lucky and honoured btw) PLEASE get in touch fast as the dates in the diary are booking up fast and availability will start becoming limited!

We have managed to secure a deal with our Dutch growers for this years roses for Valentine’s Day. With placing an early bird offer we have managed to almost keep the prices the same as they have been for the last three years 💪🌹❤️. ❤️🌹Valentines Day🌹❤️
It might seem ages away but it’s actually only 4 weeks off! Arghhhhh!!!
We have already stocked up on artificial roses, teddies, balloons, gifts, confetti for the bath- you name it 😜 if it’s valentines related and not fresh flowers we’ve been buying it 🤣 and it’s all available in store.
Get your orders in early to help us when pre ordering our 100’s of roses 🌹 it gives us a good idea how many we might need to ship in. Of course we will be full to the brim with all other flowers but you do need to ideally reserve your roses if that’s what you’re after.

We know all too well how expensive the world of weddings is becoming. SO… we have decided to launch an affordable package to cover the basics for a small wedding. Tell us your colour scheme and leave the flower choice to us. We will create the most beautiful flowers all boxed up ready for collection on your wedding day. 🥰

Please note, this package cannot be amended, added to or changed in any way. If you have different specifications or preferences you will need to book in as normal for a full quotation. Package excludes delivery, collection from our shop only.

It’s Wednesday… we are finally free from anything that looks like Christmas in the shop 😂. Valentines window displays are in progress, every plant has been watered and fed, every shelf has been scrubbed clean, we have a new display for all the artificial and dried flowers it’s looking clean and gorgeous again!- just the stock room to tackle now before the Valentines prep begins 🫠❤️🌹
