When Chef Konstantinos, the co-founder of The Greek way, first moved in the UK was very disappointed with the Greek cuisine offerings he found here. He was looking for good Greek food and more specifically, our nation’s favourite Souvlaki wraps and the traditional BBQs with the very popular kontosouvli, with unfortunately not much success. That was the reason him and his co-founder Nikolas decided to start The Greek Way at the beginning of 2016 in order to offer Londoners what we call as “The Greek Way” food experience. Within the last three years The Greek way gratefully and with the love of everyone who tried our food, has been growing up very fast and as our customers’ demands became bigger it was time to invite Konstantinos’ sister Caterina with her 15 years’ experience as Head Chef in Greek Restaurants in Athens to join The Greek way Team along with Stavros our Grill Chef and our experienced hospitality manager and childhood friend Nikolas L. who brought all the missing pieces together so we can expand and offer our delicious food to every event that wants an original taste of Greece ,one of the tastiest and healthiest cuisines in the world.
What exactly is The Greek Way?
The Greek Way means beautiful colours inspired from the Greek culture and history. It means breath taking smells for our vast variety of herbs and fresh products from both the Greek mainland and our magnificent islands.
Our team holds firms to these core values, and we will continue to focus on our target: To bring the colours, smells and flavours of Greece with us and in every dish we serve , and introduce everyone to “The Greek Way” .
Our commitment to quality runs throughout the company, from our selection of suppliers to the very end product. We personally prepare our tzatziki sauce from scratch which is a unique recipe that Konstantinos brought with him from Greece. Our dishes are secret family recipes that were kept unchanged during the years. Our meat is fresh and carefully selected in order to match the highest standard of quality. All our dishes for your corporate events, your private birthdays or your wedding are chosen to make your event unique and memorable. Our BBQs will guide you all the way to Greece and its traditions.
