Very excited to be expecting another addition to the family in the summer.
I did want to say however, that's it's not been a straightforward journey. We lost our first pregnancy, and it was really hard. Misscarraige is not discussed enough and we should definitely be talking about it more.
I found it very isolating and brutal and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. However, we were extremely lucky to have a successful pregnancy afterwards, which I know doesn't happen to everyone.
I wanted to be honest as I've been in the other position on here where it seems like everyone's having babies and it's hard. I just wanted to say that you are not alone!
I also can't help feeling extremely lucky to be pregnant in a safe country. If only that was the same for everyone.

It's been a minute. There's been a lot going on over our way. Birthdays, illness, and everything in between. So pleased to see the spring flowers growing at the moment. The hellebore and snowdrops are bringing me so much joy.
