Christmas can be a really tough time for many. Especially those that don't have large families and loved ones around them during this period. This is where it's important for us to give everyone a reason to feel cared for and not feel alone this Christmas. We want to give people a reason to smile this Christmas.🎄

This year we will organise our Christmas meal on 26th December.

There are already many meals held on Christmas Day so to spread the love and allow our guests to enjoy more than one, we will hold our Christmas lunch on 26th December in the late afternoon. Probably around 2-5pm.

We would certainly be looking for volunteers to help on the day and the lead up to the event.

If you would like the opportunity to give something back to the community then please let us know if you can help.

We need

1. A team of people to cook for the Xmas lunch at home or at the centre - we would like to serve a traditional Xmas lunch!

2. A team of people to set up, serve and pack up - the hands on folk!

3. A team of people to collect small Xmas gifts and treats for our guests. These can be collected between now and Xmas day.

If you are happy to help in some way this year, please let us know.

We would also 3 volunteers to lead on above areas to coordinate volunteers.
