It’s been a while since we last posted on our social media, so here’s an update on what our team has been up to!

Since December, we have been as busy as ever (we’ve almost forgotten what our offices look like!) supporting a variety of customers and creating bespoke solutions for their events. From supplying full AV production and hybrid solutions for corporate conferences, Gala dinners, parties and award ceremonies to stage builds with ramp access and live sound production for several local events such as , and , and we’ll, of course,
be seeing you at

We've had a very special Visitor in our office today! with AVP Filming a Covid Safe message for a Local School!

Today the team worked alongside AVP to turn a meeting room at The Old Counting House into a Green Screen Studio so that Vision XS could host and stream their Covid-Secure Virtual Seminar to delegates across Europe!

Today AVP and CVP (Oxford) Ltd provided a COVID SAFE live stream seminar for Vision XS at The Old Counting House Wallingford. Turning one of their meeting rooms into a green screen studio and streaming to guests around the world.

We're back on site! Today we are working alongside one of our clients and AVP to provide 8 socially distant and COVID-19 secure briefings over 11 hours for their UK employees and streaming the event for those Overseas.
It's good to be back! ( we're not too excited we promise!)

Wednesday evening we joined together with our colleagues, neighbors, and friends in the event industry to raise awareness. Our businesses need immediate help. Our industry is vital to the UK economy, contributing billions of pounds each year, and to our livelihoods. But since March, this all came to a standstill and there’s little hope of it returning anytime soon.
Without major immediate support from the Government, the entire live events sector is at risk of collapse. Redundancies have already been made, UK AV and Event companies have gone into Liquidation, thousands of freelance technicians and crew are not eligible for the current Furlough and Self- Employed Schemes. We need support.

Last week the team were at The Kassam Stadium Conference & Events Centre with Noorani Events for the OUFC 2010 Reunion Dinner. Supplying our Pro Light Smart Bats, dual Sharp Aquos 80" LCD Screens, QSC K10's, Staging, and Pipe&Drape Backdrop.
We used our Blackmagic Design Atem, and SDI/HDMI Distribution to link the existing venue projectors to our 80" screens allowing the whole room to rewatch those winning moments
