Sorry about the accidental break in posting ☺️
Happy New Year everyone, I hope January is treating you well! I feel like Christmas was ages ago but I took a break with my husband over new year to New York and didn't want to burst the bubble, but here we are middle of January excited for what 2025 has to offer.
I have some really exciting projects this year so keep your eyes peeled on my page to see the new things coming, 30th birthday parties, wedding and baby showers this year we have it all! I can't wait to make the very best experiences for my clients.

2024 highlights! 🎉
Here are just a few of the amazing weddings and events I have worked on this year.

It's all the details 😍
Clients always ask me what I do during the day of their Wedding/ celebrations. The answer is I don't stop doing all the small things in the background.
Typically I am onsite for a wedding day for about 14 hours and I sit down for approximately 1 of those spread across the day when I need to eat or drink.
Even when there is nothing scheduled in your plans I will be redecorating to make the most of your money you have spent on the beautiful flowers, candles, centre pieces etc. Making sure the speeches are running on time and to schedule, that the lights are turned on, candles light or just being helpful and present when you need me.
It's my favorite job in the world, making you happy, 2025 bookings are filling up so message me if you're in need of a coordinator for your special event.

Anyone thinking they do not need one, you do!
Perfect words from one of my recent couples explaining how important having me as a coordinator was on their wedding day. Lots of people I speak to tell me they don't need a coordinator for their wedding because their venue comes with one.
I have touched on this before and explained the difference between a wedding coordinator and a coordinator that comes with a venue. Don't get me wrong most venues come with a wedding coordinator who will ensure the main parts of the day run perfectly and they are amazing at their job!
However...they don't usually do all the extra bits I would do before and during the day. For example I will contact all your suppliers a month before your wedding day to introduce myself and make them feel comfortable and updated on plans, I will make sure they arrive on time at the venue and they have everything they need.
I am usually the first person on site and the last person to leave. Meaning if you are getting married somewhere separate to your reception venue I will be there to make sure everything runs to time and make you feel comfortable before one of the most exciting (but nerve-racking) moments of your lives. I think it's important that my clients see a friendly face that has been advising and helping them through the process.
I also help decorate and set up the morning of the wedding so you can relax knowing everything has been done exactly how you planned it, venues normally charge extra for this.

Night In London with my favourite person 🤍 . Started our night by checking into @sunbornlondon which was beautifully situated just outside Canary Wharf. The view from the bedroom was gorgeous. . We then enjoyed an evening of scrummy food @the_ivy_collection as I had a voucher that I received from a friend for my Birthday, so continued the 30th Birthday celebrations on for a bit longer! When someone asks how you feel after a summer of events 🤣 . Is it just me or does every part of your body hurt after an event? I never realised until the day after how much I actually do whilst on events! . What people don't recognise is the constant running around your suppliers and coordinators do behind the scenes to make everything run smoothly. When I say I am on my feet all day I mean it. I am constantly looking for details to make your day perfect for you 🙂 . It is the best job I have ever had and it means so much when I get amazing feedback from customers which makes the body aches 100% worth it. .
