What a brilliant, brilliant day, huge congratulations to Jon & Theresa - magical. It was an honour and a pleasure to cater for such a wonderful couple. Can we do it all again next year?
Had a day off today and what a day it was! Enjoyed a dip in the natural pool at Trevone Bay with my boy.
We recently catered this lunch for a two day art workshop event, filmed by Sky Arts, hosted by lovely local artist Susie Ray. A duo of 'white' lasagnes, one with chicken, leek, smoked bacon and fresh hazelnut pesto, served with chicken skin crisps, and a vegetarian option with local asparagus, mushroom, spinach, pea and hazelnut pesto, with fresh parsley. Delighted with the enthusiastic feedback and the empty plates. Photo credit: Susie Ray.
