Well folks, it’s nearly a wrap! Tomorrow is my last day as boss lady before I hand over the reigns to the wonderful Team Tilling.
It’s been a blast. I’m not emotional at all. 🫣😭 Boy - I’m going to miss the shop and all of the antics, stories, relationships and being a teeny part of all of your highlights and tough parts of life. Thanks for trusting me and my team with your special times. I’ve loved getting to know so many fabulous people through this journey. I set out to play with flowers all day - and in the meantime you guys taught me so much.

I’ve had the time of my life! 🥰🥰🥰

For the past 12 years, Les Fleurs has been more than just a business—it’s been my life. An incredible journey, full of joy (and tears sometimes!), challenges, and self-growth. As I reflect on this amazing adventure, I find myself at a loss for words. There’s so much I want to say, but sometimes, less is more.

It’s time to hand over the reins of Les Fleurs. 💐💐

I’ve grown and changed as a person because of all of you. You turned my little dream into a reality, and I am deeply grateful and humbled. To all the staff, past and present, and to my family and friends who have been part of the Les Fleurs story—my eternal gratitude and love. I couldn’t have done it without you.

Now, it’s time for my baby to be nurtured by a new family. Lucy, Helen, and Kevin, a local family passionate about continuing the Les Fleurs legacy, will be taking over. They are excited to dive in and carry forward our traditions. Over the next few months, I’ll be working behind the scenes with the team to create beautiful wedding flowers for my existing bookings. Rest assured, I’ll fulfil all my commitments.

You’ll see Lucy and Helen in the shop over the next couple of weeks as they prepare to officially take over on June 10th. My last day running the show will be Saturday, June 9th. Please drop by to say hi on my final Saturday. There’ll even be some cake!
