HAPPY NEW YEAR

We had a great 2024 and some really fun events, we're looking to visit some of our regular locations in 2025 as well as some new towns/cities and some old venues

We also might be venturing down south again 👀

We'll be debuting some new markets for anyone that's a fan of Anime, Cards, Pokemon, Gaming, Dinosaurs and maybe a few others

BGCP Comic Con are looking for volunteers to help raise money for various charities over Scotland.

Ideally you'll be able to help at our weekend events, if you have your own costume and it's of a good standard then great, if not then we have lots of costumes for you to wear to help raise cash.

Paisley Comic Con Guest Announcement

Our last Special guest for Paisley Comic Con is Art by Neil Slorance

He is the artist for the award winning Dungeon Fun, Mister Clip Clop: Intergalactic Space Unicorn, Let’s Go To Bordeaux and The Amateur Astronomer’s Journal.

Neil and his partner in crime Colin Bell also had a monthly strip in the Official Doctor Who comic from Titan Comics.

Neil also released a new book called Plant Daddy which he'll have on sale.

Neil will also be running a draw your own Pirate workshop for free

Paisley Comic Con Guest Announcement

Jim Alexander of Planet Jimbot will be joining us at Paisley Comic Con, Jim has written for Marvel Comics, DC Comics, Darkhorse, 2000 AD and for Cartoon Network.

Jim also runs his own comic label Planet Jimbot which has produced Amongst the Stars (drawn by Mike Perkins), Wolf Country (drawn by Luke Cooper), the anthology Amazing & Fantastic Tales, GoodCopBadCop and sequel GoodCop.

Paisley Comic Con Guest Announcement

Etienne Kubwabo (KE Comics) returns to Paisley Comic Con with one of the best selling independent comics ever produced in Scotand BEATS OF WAR.

"An alien planet ravaged by robot invaders. A city on Earth plagued by crime. Their hope: a hero from beyond the stars."

DJ E.T is a Scottish superhero appearing in the British comic book 'Beats of War'.

The character comes from a vibe-less, music-less plane. Luckily, DJ E.T. found his pulse in music from planet earth.

If you haven't had a chance to meet Etienne and grab this book then Saturday is your chance

Beats of War Issues 1 - 4 will be on sale.

WHO YA GONNA CALL?

Ghostbusters Alba will be coming to The Lagoon Leisure Centre for Paisley Comic Con this Saturday to keep an eye out for any Class 5 Entities just as a security measure.

Ghostbusters Alba will also have a table at the event just in case anyone wants to learn more or even become a Ghostbuster, Traps and Packs will be on display along with various spooky merchandise and surprises, all profits from the table go to good causes.

We're thrilled to announce that the Imperial Scottish Garrison and The Rebel Legion UK will be coming to The Lagoon Leisure Centre for Paisley Comic Con this Saturday.

Any Star Wars fans can take pictures alongside them, they will be collecting for charity so all donations are welcome if you meet them.
