Summer has gone and autumn is here..
Time to start posting again and drinking ginger beer..🤣
Flatbreads are in but depends what’s on top..
Persian chicken, pickles, pomegranate this one has the lot..
After the oven mint yogurt was applied..
Tasted so good a client almost cried..

Happy Mondays folks! Hectic wee weekend there..
Finger foods, canapé..
Non vegan this, vegan that..
Highlights for me the whipped feta, Parma ham, fresh oregano, mint, heirloom tomato oatcake canape..thanks and the deconstructed cheesecake canape with roasted nectarine, crowdie cheese and amaretti crumb…mind you the wraps, sirloin pintox canapé, chorizo skewer weren’t too shabby either😊

Interesting fact..mutton pies can be warmed on a bbq!😊
Bbq clams are the way to go..add in homous, Tabouleh etc…😋

The week started with a down memory lane breakfast stack..in 2003 these were on the menu at redss espresso bar in Paisleys east end and now all the rage everywhere!😊
Rest of week it was the usual eclectic redss food malarkey, vegan this, non vegan that, but the colours and the flavours hitting the spot! Happy weekend peeps!
