That’s us officially on our holidays and looking forward to having a much needed rest and to spending time with our friends and families 🥂

And one of these gorgeous ladies only had four weeks until her wedding 😱, a challenge enough but there’s the small matter of not only Christmas & New Year in between, but also that she’s flies back to the states on the 6th January.

But she did everything right, she was decisive, realistic in her expectations and practical (not a word we often encourage when it comes to wedding dresses!)….and bagged herself the most incredibly beautiful dress that she was delighted with!

⭐️JOIN US FOR A LOOK AROUND THE BOUTIQUE⭐️

We’re very excited to be opening our doors for the Pangbourne Christmas late-night shopping evening on Friday 6th December🎄

From 5pm-7pm we’ll be serving prosecco, mulled wine and mince pies on the front lawn, and offering guided tours of our beautiful wedding dress wonderland.

So even if you just fancy a nose around, please do come along, we’re located in a secret spot through the archway behind Nino’s restaurant.

Eeeeek! Three weeks tomorrow and we’ll be at the regional finals of the awards ceremony to see if our lovely Queen Bee Bridal or Bee Bridesmaids have scooped any accolades!

Queen Bee is up for Best Boutique (less than 4 years old), and Bee Bridesmaids is through to the Best Newcomer and Special Touch categories.

Thank you once again to all our lovely brides who took the time to provide their feedback to the judging panel, without you we wouldn’t have even got this far.

Can’t wait to share more with you on the day and keeping everything crossed.

🐝 REAL BRIDE 🐝 When Kate told us she was going to be wearing Barbie pink platforms for her wedding on the side of a Cumbrian mountain, we were so excited to see these images of her wedding day, and how incredible they are!

From the dramatic and moody setting, and oversized bouquets, to that pop of the brightest pink, we’re loving everything about her vision and styling. And, you know how much we love a Doggo or two at a wedding 💞

🐝 REAL BRIDE 🐝 When our lovely Queen Bee bride Laura described the magical walled garden setting for her and Gemma’s big day, we absolutely couldn’t wait to see the pictues…and WOW, they didn’t disappoint!

We are totally in love with their venue, colour palette, fabulous flowers and, of course, who doesn’t love a pooch at all wedding, how gorgeous do all three ladies look including poodle Brie 🐩

Just everything about this outdoor autumnal wedding makes us feel warm and glowing inside.

SCHOOL’S OUT FOR SUMMER! Anna and I will be taking a much needed rest with our families over the coming weeks (if such thing exists with children!), so Queen Bee and Bee Bridesmaids are now closed and opening again on 8th August (other than bookings on 3rd August).

Emails will be checked every few days and any urgent enquiries responded too. For any general enquiries please head over to the website and check out our FAQ’s. For all booking enquiries please complete the Make An Appointment form also found on both websites.

We wish you happy holidays if you’re heading off on your adventures too, and thank you for your patience whilst we have a re-charge.

Our Amazing Anna- introducing our absolute diamond level stylist Anna…or Annaliese if we’re being fancy.

Many of our lovely brides will have met Anna who joined us just before we made the big move to our new boutique in Pangbourne, she was excited to join Queen Bee at such a pivotal point in our growth.

Anna has a background in PR and luxury sales, most recently flogging posh bespoke wine cellars to the rich and famous 🍷

Asked for her favorite dress, she said she couldn’t possibly pick just one, but makes no secret of her love for the simplicity and elegance of a ‘plain’ fabric, creating a timeless and chic look. Add an off the shoulder neckline and a sparkly veil, and she’s anyone’s!

Her favorite part of the job? Working creatively with her brides, adding tweaks or personalizations to bring to life a design totally unique to each lady.

Quick Fire Anna Facts:
*Favourite drink- will say yes to most things, but Champagne hits the top spot
*Favourite literary character- anyone one of Jilly Cooper’s fabulous heroines
*She’s half Dutch which brought friction to her home during the recent Euro’s semi-final!
*When not drinking Champagne, her other down-time love is walking her four legged bestie Wilbur along the Thames Path.

Yes, that’s right, a mega FLASH SALE bringing you 50 gorgeous off the peg sample dresses each priced at £500. What a bargain!

Sizes UK10-UK18, but don’t forget that bridal sizing usually comes up small which means they are closer to UK8-UK14/16.

Everything else you need to know:
*For two days on 9th & 10th July, 3pm-8pm ONLY, please do not come outside of these hours.
*No appointment necessary, but you may need to be patient and wait for a fitting room and consultant to come free if we are busy.
*You are welcome to try a maximum of three dresses on at a time.
*These are all stunning designer dresses, mostly in as new condition. However, some may not be perfect (we’re talking missing buttons or faulty zips) or from current collections, they are £500 for a reason!
*Sample sales are not recommended if you haven’t already narrowed down what you want, they are pretty fast paced, so be prepared to be decisive! Not suitable if you’re just looking to see what styles suit you.
*All sales are pay in full and take away on the day, we cannot hold or reserve gowns…first come first serve!
*Please only bring a maximum of 1 special guest with you and no children under 12 please.
*You will only be able to try sale dresses, not gowns from our full priced collections.
*There is no parking at the boutique, please visit our website for directions and details on public car parks.
*Designers include: Madi Lane, Stella York, Martina Lianna, Maggie Sottero, Elysee, Pronovias, Justin Alexander, Allure Romance, Watters

That’s a wrap! What a fabulous day we had with some gorgeous ladies and their families, the sun shone for us (apart from a random downpour at lunchtime), we couldn’t have asked for anything more. Cheers to us, to Queen Bee, our old girl Dons Yard, all our much loved Queen Bee brides, and to our wonderful husbands and children who brought the bubbles and did some expert back-patting through the tears.

Thank you for all your lovely messages, I promise to reply to everyone once aboard the train to Harrogate in the morning.
