Cornwall Search Dogs are 2!!!

We are 2 years old!!

Wow, we can’t believe that we’re celebrating our Charity’s Second Birthday!

And what a couple of years it has been. From the grains of a little idea during Lockdown we have grown into the Charity we are today and we simply could not have done it without all your support.

To give some figures, you have helped us:

🐾 Carry out over 100 call-outs to missing dogs

🐾 Find and assist the rescue of countless lost dogs.

🐾 Grow to a team of 11 volunteers

🐾 Qualify 2 dogs as Skills For Justice trained Trailing Dogs

🐾 Qualify 4 dogs to operational standard to look for Lost Dogs

🐾 Log over 3000 volunteer hours

🐾 Log over 150km of worked trails

Whilst we unfortunately haven’t managed to find all those we’ve been tasked to look for, we have enjoyed some miraculous success with some of the dogs we’ve found. Some buried in places a huge distance from where they we were last seen and some stuck in seemingly impossible locations.

We’ve collaborated with some amazing rescue teams across Cornwall as well as made new friends working alongside dedicated members of the public.

We pledge to continue our hard work over the next year and look forward to sharing our successes with you. Thank you as ever for all your support, shares and donations.

Photoshoot is studio based in Cornwall and there is no charge for this.
Places are limited, first come first served.
Images taken will be shared on this FB page for owners to freely use, hard copy prints are available at extra cost but there is no obligation (or hard sell) to purchase these.
