Home Deliveries - Please, Please READ!! before ordering, thank you:
Island wide home deliveries are back open for anyone wanting to order but pretty PLEASE with sugar on top read all of the info below before ordering as it will answer most of the questions we got asked last time around, and as we are only a small team of 4 people we don't unfortunately have endless time to come back to everyone with questions so hopefully the info below will answer these.
First one and most important one - you must be isolating/ working or guaranteed to be at home during the day time if you place your order, this is because unlike other companies offering home deliveries we are unable to leave our products on your door step to collect when you get home due to their temperature sensitive nature, i.e. they'll be milkshake when you return.
This time around we have made the decision to only call to your door twice to attempt delivery, after this we will refund your order minus a £5.00 failed delivery fee to cover our expenses of fuel and drivers wages.
Delivery days - In order to allow us to have a rest day this time around each week, as 7 days a week for 8 weeks didn't do me any good the last time around, we have decided this time that we will only be offering home deliveries from Tuesday - Saturday inclusive, this will also allow us to still be able to service our main wholesale business alongside doing home deliveries which we don't usually offer to customers except in difficult circumstances.
Delivery date - unfortunately this is all down to demand. In order to process orders in the system more efficiently we have introduced a cut off time of 1pm each day for all orders which will hopefully be sent out the next day, any orders placed after 1pm won't be processed until the following day which means it could be up to 48 hours, or longer dependant on demand, before you receive your order.
Delivery times - Unfortunately we are only a small team and have 2 delivery vehicles on the road servicing the whole of the Island each day. This unfortunately means we cannot guarantee a time for delivery on any day.
Missed deliveries - we will leave a note through your door to say we have attempted to deliver your goods, it is up to you to get in touch to let us know a convenient day to try a redelivery. But please remember we will only call to your door twice to attempt delivery, after this we will refund your order minus a £5.00 failed delivery fee to cover our expenses.
Contact/ address details: please make sure you leave us a phone number on your order form as we will try this number if we do not get an answer from your door when we call. Also please make sure that all delivery address details are correct as we will not be responsible for any orders delivered to the wrong addresses if you leave us incorrect details this happened a lot during last lock down.
Birthdays - we will endeavour to deliver your goods on a specific date if possible, otherwise we will get as close as we can, if it is for a birthday but please make sure you leave a note at check out to specify the date of the birthday so we are aware of when to send it.

Morning everyone, just a quick reminder that 1pm today (Friday) is the cut off time for all Island home deliveries needing to be delivered this week. Any orders placed after 1pm won't be delivered until next tuesday when we start our next lot of rounds. Again thank you to all our wonderful customers who have placed orders over the last couple of weeks and also a big thank you to John and Bryan our drivers who have been out running around these past couple of weeks keeping you all well stocked with all our tasty treats. 😊🇮🇲🍦

We’ll be attending The ICue Academy charity funday with our van today from 1.00pm at Marown school playing fields.

We WON’T be selling ice creams unfortunately, who’d have thought it an ice cream company not selling ice cream 🤣, but we will instead be taking donations only with ALL, yes 100% 😁, going towards the grand total raised on the day 😊.

There will be a minimum donation of £1.00 for each ice cream, unless your feeling a little more generous and want to give a little more to this great cause 😁🍦🇮🇲

Charity Family Fun Day in support of Dylan’s Day!
Be there on Saturday 25th July, from 11.30-2pm, for a day full of fun and help Dylan in his crusade to provide a new playground Rebecca House

All proceeds from our day will go towards the charity, so come and join the iCue team for loads of fun activities, including a family rounders match!

Today marks the first day for our Pink Whippy ice cream van outings around the Island.
We will be be visiting Utmost wealth management in Walpole road from 2pm and then on to Sovereign trust in Christian road.
If you fancy a pink vanilla Isle of Man made Whippy ice cream for yourself please feel free to catch our van at one of the above sites, minimum donation of £1.00 for each ice cream and remember all monies taken are being donated to Manx Breast Cancer Support Group for their pink October campaign 😁🇮🇲🍦

An entertaining, nail-biting race to demolish 1 litre of Davison's Ice Cream will determine which competitor will go home with scoops of pride and a £100 donation to be made to the charity of their choice.

For all of you chocolate fans out there 😁

Davison’s Chocolate Whippy comes to Douglas corporation fun day. 😁🍦🍫
So as well as being available in our Peel parlour all weekend we will have our delicious chocolate Whippy available on our big van at Douglas corporation fun day for the whole of today, as we have 2 Whippy machines on this van we will also have our vanilla Whippy as usual and a selection of 8 scoop flavours of ice cream and 3 flavours of dairy free tubs.
Remember Davison’s are the only ice cream van company to make ALL of our ice cream right here on our beautiful little Island using cream from all 34 of the dairy farms Island wide, helping to further support our local economy.

OUR TT AND MGP PRICES !!!

*JUST A LITTLE MOAN AND SOME CUSTOMER INFO ABOUT OUR ICE CREAM PRICES FOR TT AND THE MGP*

So as well as producing all of the ice cream we sell as a company I also have the privilege of working our ice cream vans at shows and events Island wide throughout the weekends during the summer months. One of my favourite shows to do is the sprint in Ramsey and each year we have plenty of happy visitors come up to the van for an ice cream, however we on the odd occasion, as I did yesterday, get local customers come up and the first thing they do is accuse us as a company of inflating our ice cream prices for TT.
Now I am quite a relaxed person, most of the time, but this really annoys me as we are one of a handful of Isle of Man companies who
DON’T INCREASE PRICES DURING TT, yes that’s right we don’t have TT button on our tills
All of our prices are set in January at our Peel Parlour and on all of our ice cream vans, which are identical prices to our Parlour, and that is where they stay until the following January when they are then reviewed again. If the customer who had come up yesterday was a regular of ours they would have realised that our prices have now been exactly the same for the last 2YEARS. This is even though raw ingredient prices and our pitch fees especially on the grandstand have increased to us by nearly 50% over the last 4 years.
As a company we hate visitors being ripped off just because it is TT or MGP and is the reason why we don’t charge inflated prices for these events.
MOAN OVER and I’ll suppose I’ll now have to wait for my bill from the government for the use of the wording TT throughout my moan 😂
