I thought I would introduce myself ❤️✨🌹I am Sheila Thomas from Sheila Thomas Energies and I have taken over running the Holistic Spiritual and Well-Being Festival on 19th October 2024 in The George Hotel Penrith 💚🌸🌻

I began working with energy in 2000 when I became attuned to Usui Reiki and have added to my collection of offerings continuously since then. I began attending MBS events as an exhibitor 8 years ago🪄✨🌹

I want to raise funds for Hospice at Home with this event. In 2020 I had cancer and last year walked the Ridgeway raising funds for Macmillan Cancer Support. This is a local festival and this time I wanted to raise funds for a charity closer to home 💚🌻

Please don't be put off by the gas works on King Street. Penrith is still open and the George Hotel easily accessible. There are the 1hr disc zones around the town, council-operated carparks (closest Sandgate/Bus Station and Mansion House) which are free after 3pm during the gas works. Sainsbury's offer 3 hours free and Morrison's offer an online 'Your Parking Space' reasonably priced. Please add comments with other recommendations, see you Saturday!
