A volunteer run hall in the heart of Lazonby, Cumbria. We are host to a wide variety of user groups from baby and toddlers to WI and karate to the history society. Not forgetting the private parties and weddings or the community events like 'pudfest'.

We're looking forward to the Curry Night tomorrow. Lisa will be cooking up a storm in the kitchen, whilst we'll be decorating the hall and tables to give a cosy ambience. A post on behalf of our brilliant local organiser of Highlights events, bringing live music to the Village Hall. The Highlights Touring Programme brings talent to rural areas that we otherwise would have to travel much further afield to access. If you're thinking of going, we'd recommend booking your tickets as soon as possible, as last-minute bookings can increase the chance of an event having to be cancelled, which is a shame when our intentions were to book, but we just hadn't got round to it... (we've all done it!).
