It was a delight to bring the Zoobidoo team of animals to visit this wonderful provision 🐾🐸🐌🐢🦎🐹

Some of our teams were lucky enough to have the wonderful Zoobidoo visit them this week. Just look at this gorgeous frog! The teams saw a variety of animals and had a brilliant time.

Animal Spotlight 💡
Could rats be hero’s? 🐀 🦸🏻‍♂️
The amazing African giant pouches rat has many amazing talents being put to good use in the form as defenders of wildlife in the illegal wildlife trade.
These nimble giant rodents also have an extraordinary sense of smell which enables them to detect ivory, pangolin scales and rhino horn.
Previously these animals have been used to detect unexploded bombs but this new use means they are now employed in airports to get to those places that the detection dogs can’t reach.
Costing on average £8k to train an individual compared to the £25/35k for detection dogs these talented rodents could be our new hero’s🤩

12 Dips of Christmas Challenge Hello friends 👋
I’d like to ask those of you who would like to support me in my 12 Dips of Christmas 🎄 challenge for Cancer Research to follow the link to my page below.
This is a charity close to my heart after loosing my mum Mary last year, she was a big supporter of charities and ran her own for 25 years supporting adults and children with learning needs.
I feel I would like to give back in any way I can starting with Wild Swim Dips in December 🥶🏊‍♀️🎄

I’ve done a few 🏊‍♀️ dips so far and will post updates regularly on the challenge.
If anyone would like to join me feel free to get in touch, it’s more the merrier at this time of year 🤩
