BOOKING
A non-refundable deposit of £25 is required at the time of booking to secure date. The deposit will be taken off the total balance of the party booking. This can be paid via Paypal or bank transfer. Refundable security bond required 7 days before party date. Full balance required 1 week (7 days) before the party date. SPACE
Please make sure you have enough space for the party before booking. Each teepee is 120cm x 90cm
CANCELLATIONS
In the unfortunate case you need to cancel your party then please give us as much notice as possible. Cancellation of a booking up to 7 days prior to the party will forfeit the deposit paid. Cancellations 7-14 days prior will be refunded 25% of monies paid. in ever case we will try our upmost to rearrange a party rather than cancel. COVID
All bedding is washed after each use in non-bio washing powder. All other items are cleaned with anti-bacterial spray/wipes. Where items cannot be cleaned easily, there will be a 72 hour rest period of the equipment to eliminate cross contamination between households. Any questions please don't hesitate to message us
