These are on a plain blue background with some Xmas props
available if desired.
The sessions are held at Perth Academy Scout Hall.
Cost is £30 for all your images as downloads.

After 3 years away from photographing weddings I have decided to do a few more over the next year or so just to get the creative bones working again.

Our booking page for our Photography courses starting in January is almost ready.
We will offer the following three courses
Introduction to SLR Photography
Introduction to Adobe Photoshop/Elements
Introduction to Adobe Lightroom
All courses are 4 hours long taught over two week (2x2 hours)
They are taught by Shaun Ward who has over 30 years photography experience and taught these types of courses at Perth College for over 10 years so you will be in good hands.
An additional option of one to one tuition will also be available
All courses will be available to book from Monday
We are currently putting together a set of camera lessons and workshops for the new year.
This will range from one to one to photo days in different locations.
Although they won’t start until next year there will be the opportunity to buy vouchers should someone in your life enjoy the taking part.

Perth Photo Lab are looking for PT staff
We have a position for someone to work on a Wednesday and a Saturday each week. It would be 14-15 hours per week and would initially be until the end of the year with a view to possibly extending.

Looking for a little feedback.
As part of expanding my school photo business I am going to offer , along with Hannah, Class of 23 portrait sessions.
I see them as a way to mark the end of Primary school and Secondary school.

I am looking for someone to be a model for a photography workshop I am holding in Edinburgh this Sunday. You would need to be able to be at The Grassmarket for 1pm and it would be for 3 hours. You will be paid £50 or if you want to come with a friend I am happy to pay you both £30 each.

So much has happened since I started this photo project around young people and their thoughts of living with Covid. I am now going to push on and finish this over the next few months with a plan to bring out a book later in the year.
So if you have a young person who would like to be involved please get in touch.
It involves an outdoor portrait session and a questionnaire on their thoughts on the past couple of years.
Open to 8-18 year olds.

When I started this project over a year ago I didn’t expect we would still be living with Covid.
Young people have lived through a strange period in their lives. They have proved how resilient young people are.
The fact that this is still going on has changed things for the project and I am now expanding the ages of those taking part to bring in the stories of all 8-18 year olds.
Call it chapter 2.

Hard to believe it’s been 6 years since I finished with The Kiltwalk.
Today marks a significant day for myself as I close the Kiltwalkpics website. This site is full of such fantastic memories of people and places which have became a big part of my life.
I was lucky enough to be involved from the start and saw the kiltwalk grow from a little idea to the huge charity event it became. I have been lucky enough to travel with it to Kilimanjaro and New York.
I have witnessed a lot of wonderful moments involving all the endeavours of the walkers. There has been lots of laughter and tears but most of all a feeling of how lucky I am to do this as a job. The KIltwalk will probably remain one of the best jobs I will be fortunate enough to do but it was much more than just a job to me. I took pride every time I lifted the camera at the events because I knew I was doing my little bit to record moments in people lives that they will never forget.
