Team Muck have a BIG weekend of back-to-back events, ferry crossings, live music, kilts, bagpipes, dancing, lycra, zip-wires, ski-tubing and of course bikes!

But hopefully not at the same time 😆

On Friday we're heading across the watter to Cowal Highland Gathering which has been one of our favourite events over the past few years. After a night of dancing at the Ceilidh, we'll have a hearty breakfast and our super fun bike track will be running from 12pm - 5pm on Saturday. Then it's back across the watter for a good night's kip..... 🥱

On Sunday we're heading down to fabulous FitFest New Cumnock for a third year in a row. This event just gets bigger and better every year so we can't wait to see what they have in store this time. It should be a banger!

Hopefully see you at one (or both?) of these awesome events!

We’re currently sitting at 84 entries with three days until entries close. We need a minimum of 220 entries to make this viable.

As you proved earlier in the season with Lochore Meadows - it is possible to enter early to ensure the viability of an event!

TweedLove have just announced that 2024 will be their last year running events, just days after PMBA Enduro Series also closed their doors.

Both series have done so much for our beloved sport, leaving a long lasting legacy and providing many thousands of happy memories.

We were stoked to be asked to join Danny MacAskill and Dirt Divas MTB & Gravel's Leanne Whitehead on BBC Radio Scotland's morning show with Steven Jardine earlier today.

Great questions for the mainstream audience and a superb opportunity to talk about our sport and why mountain biking really can be for everyone.

Scotland is such a great place to ride and we hope that this opportunity has encouraged more people to try mountain biking for the first time.

After months of planning and hard graft, no event organiser ever wants to post this 😞

The saddest fact is there were probably tons of people looking forward to entering this brilliant event, but hadn't yet.

There's no doubt things are tough out there just now, but if you're intending to enter a particular event and haven't bought your ticket yet, do it ASAP!

There's less chance of events being cancelled and the organisers might be able to sleep at night 🙏

Good evening everyone. I thought I d let the internet chatter run for a while today 👿!
As I m sure most of you are aware we have decided to call off this years Naughty.
This is simply due to extremely low numbers having booked onto the event. If we progress any further we would need to start paying suppliers mostly in full to ensure thier attendance.
We do not believe we will reach a break even point for the event with the current entry pattern. We will however be refunding everyone in full including the bank charges incurred by us for Si events services.
This is not the end just a pause. We ll
Be ready for the future and roll on 2025.

Competition winner collects his new Frog Junior MTB

Here's a great wee video of our recent competition winner Sorley unwrapping his fantastic prize....a shiny Frog 72 Junior Mountain Bike! Safe to say he was chuffed with his new bike judging by the smile :-) What did he do the following day? He only went and raced it in the super-tough Muckmedden 6hour race! Is he a superhero or what?! It also shows that these new Frog Junior MTBs can handle some SERIOUS trails! Thanks to Frog - Push The Limits for donating the amazing prize and to Kyle at Bloomfield Bikes in Abernethy for getting it built up and ready to race.
