Lovely to see a video of one of my floral veils in action.
I loved making this bespoke headpiece for Natalie.
I have been patiently waiting and so excited to share this from back in 2019 as it was such a big secret. The wedding was postponed, but took place recently.
Natalie requested a headpiece to be designed with a few themes. It had to be art deco and also feature Viking/ Nordic influences.
So a tiara was made in an art deco style with diamantés shaped into fan patterns.
The drape for the back included a Mjolnir (Thor's hammer) and tune beads.
As Natalie was marrying a Viking I used the tune beads to spell her married name Olson.
Can't wait to share real bride photos of it being worn very soon.

This particular vine is available in lots of different lengths making it perfect for wearing pinned into an updo at the back of your head. A longer length woven through waves and plaits or as Shelley has worn across he head like a band. So pretty 💙

Finally had to make a new sewing machine purchase.
It has been the best investment made EVER!! (Other than my brother label printer)
It's quiet, smooth, quick and just makes life so much easier.
Sewing time is cut by a fifth. Posting time only around an hour a week for three times the workload.
Even my meal times are reduced thanks to .uk and
I now have a little more time to Enjoy the good things in life.
