CONGRATULATIONS//

This wedding celebration followed what looked like an awesome Las Vegas wedding in December .. married by Elvis .. and what a story to tell ..

We used some vegas influence in the styling for their party last month .. our beautiful white feather displays .. cylinders and candle holders with simple menu and place name cards .. with fairy light ceiling canopy .. all overlooking that view at .. we loved it so much ..

CONGRATULATIONS//

Our first Feb wedding last week was at the lovely .. we created a stunner in dusky blue .. with the entire staircase dressed (go big or go home …)

Beautiful ceremony space with our giant urns framing the entrance, ivory chair drapes with sage detail ribbons, and those blue forward hanging drapes with all the cylinder gorgeousness

The urns were then moved into the dining room, along with the cylinders and bud vases which formed the top table displays .. where we had matching cylinder table decs with pops of duskiness ..

We added a bonus garland to the table for drinks too .. wooden post box and indoor games were also provided to make this the most amazing kick off to our wedding year ..

Thank you both for trusting me to style your day .. it was dreamy and we loved it! Congrats Mr and Mrs W ..

This is different to a showcase .. it is an event hosted by either the venue but mostly an external company in conjunction with the venue …. In this case …

A Fayre is an opportunity to speak to lots of lovely suppliers (including the venue) .. who are not always recommended suppliers of the venues

The venue isn’t styled to show how it looks on a wedding day .. but every supplier will have their own stand dressed to show you what they offer ..

This is more about finding the suppliers you want and didn’t even know you needed!

We love a showcase .. and this was such a beaut!

BUT …..What is a showcase?

Well it’s usually run by the venue - to literally show you exactly
How it could look on your wedding day .. a lot of people say that they can’t visualise how it will look, or how you can fit all the tables in .. and when a room is transformed from conference to wedding breakfast it can be huge!

It’s an opportunity for the venue to show you what it offers and the stylist / other suppliers to show you what works in the space ..

Here is what we achieved last week at the lovely .. it was such a pleasure .. we hope you loved it as much as we all did ..

We are back from our annual hols and I am freeezzzzing … feels like a cheek saying it now after all the snow and ice you guys had while we were in a 30degree situation!

Buttt … we are straight back to it with consultations, styled shoot planning .. enquiries .. quotes going out and showing people around our hire space ..

Crazy busy but I love it and thank you so much to everyone for continuing your support of our little business ..

Now to go and cry over my tax return .. 🙌🏻🙌🏻

What a year you’ve been ..

Just a very huge shout out to everyone who has supported us this year .. clients, venues, fellow suppliers, anyone who has liked, shared, verbally passed on our details to someone, enquired with us - booked us, spoke to us at an event, or allowed us to style your wedding .. made us laugh or given us space to scream ( lol 😂) the list could go on .. in a nutshell … THANK YOU ..

We’ve been super lucky this year with new premises, new stock and a new arm to the business with our hire studio and we can’t wait for what 2025 will bring ..

I couldn’t have done any of it without my fantastic team .. AKA family .. Ma and Pa, Chewy, Carol, Jack and Mr Allensis ..

Our final November wedding was at the lovely which was a beaut!

Another burnt orange extravaganza.. we created a burnt orange overlay for your starlight to give the backdrop a new vibe …and the chairs had our signature cross back drape .. in burnt orange overlay.. with runners and lots of boho autumn styling .. candlesticks, pine cones, bud vases with grasses, tea lights and runners.. lots of lovely lanterns to create that ambience, fabric draping on the Barnsdale arch .. and a top table of dreams ..

Loved creating this .. and we loved working with you guys to design and execute this for you .. what a dreamy set up .. thank you so much for letting us into your wedding day ..
