Great News! Today we have made an exciting change for the better ❤️

Chef de la Maison burgers are now available from a new local supplier
👇

The beef is from 3 Daughters, Croft Farm near Uffington. There are the third-generation farmers who produce beef, sheep and arable crops, and sometimes pork and pastured chicken. They are transitioning the farm towards regenerative principles, which includes improving their soil health, building more connections with the local community and producing the best food they can. They have over 2.5 miles of hedges with another mile going in soon, over 8 ha of woods and they planted over 800 trees in the winter of 2022/23.

The beef animals grazed permanent pasture fields around the village and are around two years of age at slaughter. They only leave the farm when they head to the abattoir. They are housed for two winters and are fed on home-grown hay and silage, with some home-grown barley and peas to help build up fat levels.
