Exciting Partnerships 👏

Since March 2024, our collaboration with Job Centre Plus Peterborough has transformed recruitment at Chef de la Maison. Through a two-week customised programme, candidates gain valuable training, complete their Level 2 hygiene exam, and take part in a hands-on work placement before interviews. This initiative has already brought incredible talents like Agita, Lana, Ojar, and Sindija into our team, strengthening Chef de la Maison, The Grange, and Wing Chefs.

We’re delighted to expand this programme with two work experience candidates every fortnight for the next 12 months, creating an essential gateway into local careers. A huge thank you to Job Centre Plus for their outstanding support—it’s truly a game-changer for our team and the community! 💼✨.

We recently had the pleasure of providing hospitality and catering for Clear Channel as they prepared to launch exciting new products. Hosting 60 executives per day from around the world, including France and the USA, we delivered:

☕ A premium hot beverage service featuring filter coffee, teas, and indulgent hot chocolates with flavours like Baileys Cream, Caramel, Vanilla, and Gingerbread.
🥣 Lunch of homemade soup, garlic toast, and our chef’s executive baguettes and sandwiches, served fresh from the food truck.
🐟 Dinner of traditional fish and chips with curry sauce and classic British condiments – a true taste of the UK!
