Here at Castle Farm we offer completely off grid camping with a friendly relaxed atmosphere, our own campsite reception is a bell tent with log burner so come & join us with yours 🏕️

We have a wonderful new addition to campsite reception 🦉
This beautiful owl was created by one of our regular campers, John makes all kinds of amazing sculptures from scrap metal!
I’m truly blown away at such a wonderful gift 💝

We need some help (paid) on the campsite this Saturday afternoon from 2-7pm. Our brilliant warden Karen Hamilton is out for the afternoon and we just need someone to meet people when they arrive. Free nights stay also if someone wanted it.

Well since Thursday we have had 50mph winds, torrential rain, a wee bit of sun & a couple of fabulous sunsets this weekend & still 2 days of the bank holiday to go… well done for sticking it out guys we really do get the best campers staying here 🥰🏕️

What’s the 2 things that are a necessity for you when camping ? 🤔

My on-site necessity whilst working is our log burner in the bell tent, could not do what I do without it especially when it’s raining & im running in & out checking you all in 🔥😂

But when travelling & camping I think the ridge monkey is a key piece of equipment so versatile for cooking anything quick, clean & compact & flip flops if using public showers 🚿 cringe at going bare foot in those 😂🏕️

What can you not do without ?
