This is very important research. Not only heart disease but there is also strong evidence showing seriously impaired memory performance and increased brain oxidative stress by consuming these chemicals. They also trick the brain into thinking you are receiving sugar when you aren't so your body reacts accordingly.. when there is no sugar to deal with. You do the maths.
Artificial may be clever, but it is not safe.
