This year at our VC Awards dinner, we introduced Fairtrade Divine Chocolate UK as our dinner favours.

Our favourites were creamy white chocolate with strawberries or rich 70% dark chocolate. We chose Divine for their bean-to-bar approach, tracing cocoa back to the co-operatives that grew it. This commitment to quality and social responsibility ensures excellent chocolate and supports cocoa farmers' hard work.

Throwing it back to the amazing vegan haggis we served at the VC Awards!

We paired it with sautéed leek mash, mushroom jus, maple-glazed carrots, and crispy kale – a true feast for the senses.

It's , so we're excited to reintroduce our delicious Homity Pies, also known as Devon Pies!

These little pies are filled with a savoury potato, leek, and cheese mixture, all encased in a crispy pastry similar to pork pies. Perfect for a picnic or a tasty snack any time.

You can order them on their own in The Container or as part of our Finger Buffet menu from our hospitality menu.

Cheese is truly a glorious food, and we’re excited to celebrate ! 🧀

Here’s a bespoke cheeseboard we created, featuring Ploughman’s Cornish Yarg, Godminster Cheddar, Cornish Brie, and Devon Blue, accompanied by Nocellara Olives, locally sourced Tamar Fresh Grapes, and Hogs Bottom Preserves Jail Ale Chutney.

One of the stars of the show at last night's VC Awards dinner was this Sticky Toffee Cheesecake! 😍

It was absolutely divine, and we're still thinking about it today! The perfect balance of rich, creamy cheesecake and the warm, comforting flavours of sticky toffee.
