Well that’s a wrap, or possibly something more fulfilling…… thank you wild gardens for another great event. It’s always tricky when you’re not sure of the weather when planning our diary and with a Friday and Saturday as opposed to the weekend. But with some great acts and amazing festival goers we had a blast. As always very humbled to have repeated customers over 2 days and of course we serve some very thoroughly bloody nice people

Another great weekend at Plymouth flavour fest. As well as plenty of former colleagues taking time out to catch up, it was very humbling to have people who visited our stand last year actively seeking us out again. This year we trialled “thors hammer” shin of beef selling out within 90 mins each day. On the last day we trialled the tomahawk steak, again selling all that we took…….. Plymouth thank you

We are always keen to use people who care about what they do as well as provide a great product…… being thoroughly bloody nice people , helpful and efficient is just an added bonus. We went through almost a ton and half last year and without the supply of good quality charcoal and firewood behind us it wouldn’t have been the success it was

As well as trying out some of the amazing “fire food “ establishments we’ve been really busy behind the scenes expanding our repertoire and sides for this years events. Towards the end of last year saw us move into a unit on an industrial estate with a dedicated kitchen space and better storage areas. As well as getting a more suitable transport (which was promptly recalled !! And now with events almost upon us it’s almost time to dust off the apron and get the charcoal ready
