Eden Sessions

Just like that we have completed 8 Shows this summer at the Eden project down in Cornwall 🌵🌴 Our Plymouth crew have worked a massive 3350 hours over the 8 shows from Stage crew, Runners and Catering Assistants.

Well done to all crew who have been part of making them successful.

We look forward to working with next year!

Foo Fighters 🎸

Our Third stadium show of 2024 at the Principality Stadium completed from 20th June to the 27th June our crew have been at the Principality stadium for Site, Steel and Production build and break 🏟️

We own a thankyou to our incredible crew members, crew chiefs, runners, catering assistants and sub contractors who worked tirelessly behind the scenes. Your hard work and dedication made this show a true success! 👏 We couldn’t have done it without you. Thank you to everyone involved 🙏

June has been one of our busiest months so far in 2024 ‼️

Our amazing team have completed

7 X Stadium shows
2 X Festivals
62 X Venues jobs
48 X Production jobs
16 X Product jobs

Also completing 27,000 hours overall this month from just our crew alone 😱

We owe a massive THANK YOU to all the hard our working crews!! 🤘🏻

We are looking forward to what this month brings!

Download 2024

From 28th May Until 25th June, we had nearly 30 crew working across the Download and Download VIP site. Those onsite had to endure challenging weather conditions reminiscent of the infamous Drownload in 2016.🌧️🤘🏼It took its toll, but the crew banded together and managed to build another fabulous event with over 485 extra hours worked during the build and break. 😱

We’re so proud of all the hard work and long day👏🏻😊

Pink Summer Carnival Tour 👩‍🎤🎤

Second stadium show of 2024 at the Principality Stadium completed from 2nd June to the 12th June our crew have been at the Principality stadium for Site, Steel and Production build and break for Pink Summer Carnival Tour 🏟️

Here’s a glimpse of what our team brought to the table over these 10 days:

One Week - 20 Different Venues

Last week was one of our busiest weeks this year so far ‼️Our crew worked across a massive 20 different venues including Plymouth home park, Cardiff Principality stadium, Swansea.com stadium, Plymouth hoe, Caldicot castle, Download festival, Eden project and Many more! Our crew alone worked 6400 hours in one week, covering over 100 different jobs😱

Take That Plymouth, Bristol and Swansea.

Over the past two weeks we have completed the load in and load out of Take That production across 3 stadiums at Plymouth home park, Bristol Ashton gate and Swansea.com stadium

Our crew boss, crew, runners, catering assistants, fork drivers and sub contractors have completed an amazing total of 9600 hours across the three stadiums 😱

We would like say thank you to everyone that worked to help make the shows a success! ☺️

Monthly round up

During May our crew have completed over 150 jobs on different sites around the Uk, completing our first stadium show of the year at Cardiff principality stadium and our first festival of 2024 at Radio one big weeekend. Over 15000 hours has been worked just from our crew alone 😱 We owe a massive THANK YOU to all the hard working crews, supervisors, Crew Chiefs, Runners, Catering Assistants and Sub contractors.

Mental health awareness week
With this week being mental health awareness week we would like to share a photo of Blondie and Sharon who are our Mental Health First aiders for our employees

⭕️ More than 50% will be diagnosed with a mental illness or disorder at some point in their lifetime
⭕️ 1 in 5 people will experience a mental illness in a given year.
⭕️ 1 in 5 children, either currently or at some point during their life, have had a seriously debilitating mental illness.
⭕️ 1 in 25 people live with a serious mental illness, such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or major depression.

This week is the time where we celebrate our strength, encourage others to speak up, let people know that they’re not alone, and learn how to raise awareness 💙💙

Our first stadium show of the year completed ✅ From 29th April to 7th May our crew have been on site at principality stadium.

Here’s a glimpse of the hours our team have completed over the past 9 days:
Runners x 550 hours
Catering Assistants x 620 hours
Site Crew x 890 hours
Steel Crew x 2700 hours
Production Crew x 2600 hours
That’s a grand total of 7360 hours 😱

We owe a massive THANK YOU to all the hard working crews, supervisors, Crew Chiefs, Runners, Catering Assistants and Sub contractors who poured their hearts into making this show absolutely incredible 🤩 It’s also amazing to get client feedback as well 🥰
