Hi everyone I hope you have all had a wonderful Christmas so far. So I really cannot believe we are on the doorstep of 2025. I know everyone says it but the time is just sailing bye.

So come along and see in the New Year with us by having a wonderful NYE party. Doors open and 8pm, no classes, no workshops to waste the evening just partying till 12.30-1am. There will be a free bottle of Prosecco on every table for us all to see in the new year together. As always bring along your own nibbles and drinks.

Hi everyone i am so sorry but due to unforseen circumstances there are no classes tomorrow Wednesday 18th. However as Thursday is our last day before Christmas shut down (not including the party on saturday of course) Thursday will be bachata and salsa with a festive theme so hopefully those who normally make Wednesday can make either tonight or Thursday instead. This time last week was waking up with a little bit of a hangover 😅

Last week we threw a gathering for all our in person clients and trainers.

Each year I like to get as many of us together as possible and bring all our clients to meet and socialise outside of the gym setting and environment. Unfortunately not everyone can always make it but the gatherings are growing each time we run them.

We had games, ordered in pizza, one of my clients baked us all cake, and then the stupid ones (myself included) went out on the town and continued to drink til after 2:00 😂

I am proud of many things in my career but this is one of the top ones.

It’s incredible to stand back and look at everyone having a great time socialising, laughing, bonding from something I organised and put on for them.

It’s a surreal feeling knowing that if I hadn’t started this business 8 years ago no one would be here or probably know each other.

Next plan is to put on a client meet up for online coaching clients where we can all come together to finally meet, have a training sesh, go out for food and drinks and finally meet in person!
