🧡 STRENGTH, STABILITY & SLUMBER workshop

🧡 STRONG & STABLE – in body & mind – has got to be a good aim…

🧡 Our stability and strength are intricately CONNECTED, as are our bodies and minds.

🧡 This workshop explores our deep INNER CORE muscles and our transverse abdominis – so vital for good balance and healthy, sustainable, pain-free movement. You will learn how to feel them and how to strengthen them.

🧡 In addition, we will look at SPECIFIC exercises to strengthen wrists, ankles, arms and legs.

🧡 We will then put it all together, using traditional warrior poses.
As always, there will be a tea & QUALITY snack break.

🧡 The workshop will finish with a guided relaxation.

🧡 Saturday 21st September 10am-1pm at Jevington Village Hall.

Village Hall Open Day today from 2pm.

We are also launching the Village Archive. Below is a photograph taken of the village children celebrating VE Day.
