'Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the ‘clubhouse’…. Not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse; ….

Except for Ross and his team who have been cooking away in the kitchen all day and have successfully 230+ Christmas Dinner Takeaways for all of our wonderful customers 🤩

An absolutely sterling effort 👏
But it’s not over yet, the clubhouse has had a sprinkle of festive magic ✨ and is now all made up for tomorrows very busy Christmas Day service with over 150 people turning up to tuck into a truly amazing Christmas dinner 😋

There’s certainly no rest for the wicked 😆 Ross would like to personally thank whole heartedly, all his returning customers and all those new customers who have eaten with us over the last year - your support is much appreciated and we hope to see you all again very soon (some of you tomorrow haha) 😜

A massive thank you also to all of Ross’ catering team whose hard work and dedication is just fantastic. 🙌

🚨 Attention 🚨

Pontardawe Golf Club is still without power and we have been told by the national grid not to expect a full power supply until 6pm this evening at the earliest.

Due to this, we have to cancel our sit down Sunday lunch service at Fairway Catering at Pontardawe Golf Club 😔

However, our amazing chef - Ros and his team are STILL going to provide takeaway dinners (as our kitchen appliances run on a gas feed)

If you have booked in for lunch today, please take this message as confirmation that your sit down meal has been cancelled, HOWEVER - if you wish to go ahead with a takeaway dinner, please contact Ros directly on 07447590121 📱

Cash only please as our till systems are down.
Our phone lines are also down ❌

We would like to take this opportunity to apologise to all those affected, even thought this situation is TOTALLY out of our control, but we would like to express our deepest gratitude to Ros and his team for still being able to produce and prepare the fantastic dinners as a takeaway option - even without any electricity ⚡️

After another successful Sunday Carvery today, as we have every weekend - it truly is wonderful to see all our new and returning customers. We cannot thank you all enough 🙏
