I am really fortunate to have had some amazing reviews left over the past couple of years for bridal alterations and I honestly can not even say how thankful I am for not just the reviews but for the brides for choosing me to take care of their precious dress 🙏
knowing you were happy with my work keeps me going when things get rough because let’s be honest, nothing is ever plain sailing 100% of the time 🤪😂

Unfortunately I have had quite a few messages recently asking if I have availability to rectify someone else’s work very close to wedding dates, and this make me very sad because I know the stress that this will cause 😔

Please please please do your homework on your seamstresses! There are some absolutely amazing top notch bridal seamstresses around, I can definitely recommend a few when I don’t have availability myself.

Check their past brides reviews, photos, ask for recommendations, ask to see some of their work if you must. Altering a dress takes a lot of patience, time and care, it’s not always as easy as it sounds and some stuff is ridiculously complicated. Tackling a wedding dress should always be done with confidence, sometimes things aren’t an easy fix after the mess has already been made 🫣❤️

Everybody has off days, none of us are completely perfect all of the time, but if mistakes are made then they should at least offer to rectify those for you in a professional manner 🧵 🪡

So we finally named the baby 🫣

I seriously take being indecisive to a whole new level ladies so absolutely Do Not worry about those indecisive moments when it comes to choosing your dress, I can’t even decide what I’m eating for tea half the time so this was a real biggie 🤪🫣🤣

It’s been a couple of weeks now & I still can not get used to it and keep calling her baby 🤣

Sometimes you might pull a wedding dress and take a look at it and think ‘ hmmm I’m not quite sure about that one’ …

Some dresses have absolutely ZERO hang appeal and often just get dismissed because they don’t scream
✨📣L O O K AT ME 📣✨when you see them, but often those dresses are the ones that get chosen. And that is because they look completely different when they’re on!

So my advice to you would be to just —— Try It Anyway!! If something catches your eye and you think hmmm maybe, maybe not… Just Try it anyway… until you’ve tried it you simply just do not know how you will feel in it!
Maybe it’ll be a huge no, or maybe you will love it more than any other!

More often than not, the dress that you say I ~ D O in will be that absolute opposite to the one you thought you’d be walking down the isle in!
