This has to be one of my favourite transformations 😍
If it can be done, then I can do it, I’d even go as far as saying that I can do the unimaginable when it comes to altering a wedding dress #nottoblowmyowntrumpet 😂 but I really do surprise myself sometimes 🪄 🙃
There have been some real challenges over the years, those are the ones that I enjoy the most & the ones that I’ll probably never forget 🫣😂 but nothing beats the feeling that I get when a bride puts on her dress for the first time and it ACTUALLY FITS!
The emotional rollercoaster from the beginning of a brides journey, saying #yestothedress …
… to the dress arriving and it not fitting, to the tears & the sleepless nights that some of you have worrying “that it’s not even possible to make it fit” to the “oh my god I can’t believe it fits! It looks like a totally different dress”
….it’s just a lovely thing to be able to do for you 🥰 of course, not all brides will have the worry, if you’re lucky you might be in the 1% of brides this coming year that will find a dress that fits with 0 alterations 🤞 but if not then don’t you worry 👋
I have had a bit of a break this past year, much needed after 2023! I did some crazy crazy hours! So I’ve not done as many hours sat at the sewing table, but come January I will be back doing what I do best 🪡 🧵 😁
I’ve already got quite a lot booked in over the coming months but I do now have more availability for first fitting appointments as I am now able to work more hours than originally planned 🥳
