Policy for Wedding Cake Bookings

Deposits – It is £50 deposit to secure a date. If the customer cancels their order before the date this is unfortunately non-refundable. However, I am happy to transfer deposits to other dates in unforeseen circumstances, this is subject to availability. If I was forced to cancel then a full refund will be given. Payments – I am flexible with payments, customers c

an pay in instalments if they prefer, all I ask is for full payment to be made 2 weeks prior to event. Design – Again, I am flexible with the design as long as the final decision is made at least 4 weeks before the date. Allergies – I do not work in an allergy free kitchen, which is why I don’t offer allergy free products. It is your responsibility to check if any guests have allergies and to advise them accordingly.
