I'm late posting these because mum fell and fractured her hip last Thursday. This is a Christmas wreath making demo for a local WI group The Glam Girls last Wednesday. I made a locally foraged wreath. Such a wonderful bunch of women who welcomed me with open arms for a second time (must be doing something right!). Thank you for having me!

This little glass bell jar of dried flowers was made using the flowers from a dried wedding bouquet that I made a few months ago. The bride wanted to keep them but not just in a vase so asked me to arrange them for her. I've also used the little diamanté brooch that tied the handle in the arrangement. What would you do with your dried flower wedding bouquet?

I don't know if I'm allowed to post photos of my nieces wedding yet so you're stuck with a photo of my sister (mother of the bride) and I. Unfortunately at 49 I've yet to take a nice photo or master the art of looking half tidy, but I wore a dress which makes a change for me!
