We are looking for a part time accounts administrator to join our small and friendly team.
Working Monday, Tuesday & Friday, 9.30 am – 2.30pm (with flexibility)
Head office based in Pontyclun
Job Duties:
Purchase Ledger
Reconciliation of Weekly Unit Cash and Card Takings
Answering telephone calls and emails
Adhoc Administration Duties
Holiday and sickness cover
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years accounting experience
Experience in finance would be beneficial
Knowledge and experience with Excel is essential
Sage Accounts experience beneficial but not essential as training can be given
Ability to meet deadlines
Good communication skills
Ability to work standalone and part of a team
