A HUGE APPLAUSE for these two gorgeous girls, who won their set dance national finals a couple of weeks ago and were honoured to compete today at the ISTD DFR Bursary Awards.
They both danced their hearts out and full credit to them for travelling up to London and dancing in a studio they had never seen before, with no practice time prior to going in ….. we are beyond proud of your dedication, hard work and passion 👏💖👏💖👏

WOW!!!!! What a day we had at the ISTD National Grand Finals yesterday 😀🏆👏

FIVE NATIONAL WINNERS in the qualifying sections, along with lots of 2nd-8th place finalists in all events …. We are SO SO proud of every single student who competed yesterday, you make us beam with pride!!!

You are all winners just to make it through the qualifying events to even get to Nationals, let alone place in the top 8 in the country thereafter!

A HUGE congratulations to all of you and here’s to 2025 👏👏👏👏👏👏

AK are so excited and honoured to be competing again at the Grand Finals this year, with 76 qualifiers for both set and Rock’n’Roll competing 😬

We are super excited to announce that we are collaborating with Jungle City Soft Play to offer not just a Baby Ballet class but SOFT PLAY included 😀🩰🫶

Starting from Wednesday 11th September:

Baby Ballet: 12.30-1.00
Soft Play: 1.00-2.00

*** FULLY QUALIFIED TEACHERS ***

The beautiful purpose built dance studios are adjacent to the soft play so children can go from the soft play to the studios without even having to go outside 😀

‼️ Five week sessions and must be booked in advance ‼️

*** Suitable for both boys and girls ***

***ATTENTION***

We will starting our adult classes from next week. 10th and 13th September.

We will be doing them in 5 week blocks,
Changing the genre every 5 weeks.

We will kick the first 5 weeks off with Ballet.
After these 5 weeks we will change to another genre, Contemporary/ Disco/ Street/ Tap/ Rock n Roll, whichever genre the majority of the class wouod like to do.

This class is a fitness class and will be aimed to improve strength, flexibility and overall wellbeing by the end of the classes.
It is a great way to get away from the normal day to day things, socialise, meet new people and do something for you thats a little different.

AK studios, Parkstone, Tuesday 6.45-7.30pm.

Pinehurst Community Church, West Moors, Friday 7.30-8.15pm.
Please get in touch if you would like to join.

Cost: £35.00 for 5 weeks.
The only commitment is for 5 weeks, so if you don’t want to carry on you don’t have to. There is no joining or leaving fees like most other classes/ gyms.
