Launceston Farm Retreat is a beautifully curated space, perfect in every way. The light filled, spacious rooms, the heady smell of plants and herbs the beautiful surrounding countryside and the creative and thoughtful attention to detail will help you to slow down and recoup from all the bustle of modern life. I’m really thrilled to be one of their recommended caterers. I’ve actually asked them to set me up a bed 🤣 The summer vanilla and Strawberry cheatscakes are a bit of a favourite at the moment.

Raw vegan carrot cake. It’s sweet and gooey, gently spiced and made with only natural sugars. Especially good shared with family and friends. Getting a bit of my creative mojo back. This cake is roughly based on a beautiful recipe by but I seem unable to exactly follow a recipe, so my version included lots of seeds 🤣
