Wedding Planning..🌿🧡🫶🏼
The new year has definitely got everyone in wedding planning mode (love it!), so we thought it would be helpful to give a brief timeline of what you need to do regarding your wedding flowers....
🧡 Secure your date - probably the most of important step! Arrange an initial meeting with us to discuss your current requirements (obbvviioously these will change once you really get stuck into Insta, Pinterest etc 😆). This meeting will be very informal, and all about sharing ideas and plans. Don't forget we can also point you to lots of other wedding suppliers, from make up artists to bands, we have a long list of recommended suppliers! From this meeting we will generate a quote, which will be sent to you via email and specify the deposit amount. Although we will always pencil your date in the diary, unfortunately we are unable to fully secure this until the deposit is received ✏️ Please note that all deposits are non-refundable.
🧡 Plan, plan, plan!! We know that your vision, style, colour scheme etc will change over time, this is absolutely fine and to be expected. This is the best bit! 🙌🏻 Everyone's ideas and plans change..whether it's one extra buttonhole or 10 extra table centres, don't panic!
🧡 Final meeting - this should not take place more than 1 month before the big day (see previous point 😜). Here we will finalise everything and generate the final quote. Payment of the final balance is required at this point, please. Our mid-week diary is usually pretty flexible, so we can arrange this final meeting within a week or two.
