On a personal note I’d like to thank all of my team at Epic for continuously giving everything they have day in day out. Our business only thrives because of the amazing group of people behind the scenes and I am very grateful to each and every one of them.

Food - Nothing kills a luxe wedding vibe faster than cold or bland food. Make sure your caterers / venue know exactly what you expect on the day🤤 keeping on top of the schedule and running order will ensure no frustrating delays in your food service!
Weather - Even we can’t guarantee sunshine for your wedding in Ireland but we always recommend checking if your venue has adequate heating or cooling so your guests aren't sweating 🥵 or shivering as the day goes on🥶 managing your space is very important and comfort is key! 🔑
Bar - Long bar lines & thirsty guests? NOT a good combination!! Avoid this by checking if your venue has enough bartenders to keep everything running as smooth as an espresso martini 🍸

As a luxury event stylist, we know what works within each individual space and what will bring an element of visual interest to the room. We have curated some tips below on how to design your tablescape 👇
⚡ Location - Your venue. Is it a ballroom? Marquee? Barn? Number one priority is to take into account the venue’s architecture and surroundings. All designs are not created to be equal and textures that might look fabulous in a ballroom may look completely different in a barn.
⚡ Texture. Always. Whether it be linen, glass, florals, wood, crystal. Texture creates visual interest instantly.
⚡ Personality - Infuse your personality into the tablescape. Whether it’s custom name cards, meaningful quotes, table numbers or heirloom pieces.
⚡ Dimension - It's all about height and dimension. Vary the heights of your centerpieces and styling to create a dynamic and engaging tablescape.
⚡ Practicality - While aesthetics are important, remember that your tablescape should also be functional. Ensure there’s enough space for guests to eat comfortably and that centerpieces don’t obstruct views or conversations
