I couldn’t leave this in Holland 😍, this variety of golden ilex soooo beautiful and very long lasting.

I’ve mixed it with eucalyptus this morning in bunches ready to pick up and go in our John street shop.

They’ll be perfect in a vase in the house for the weekend.

We have a job opportunity in our beautiful greenhouses. I’m looking for someone enthusiastic who enjoys being in the outdoors as we do work in all weathers. You will be involved in all aspects of the growing process so prior experience is required. You will be serving our incredible customers so good social skills are essential and a driving license would be great so you can top up our shop with fresh plants and take out the occasional deliveries. Things to be aware of- it’s a physical job so you need to be fit and used to being on your feet all day. The greenhouses can get warm so if you suffer in the heat then maybe it’s not for you.

⭐️It’s a wrap! 20 workshops of 2022 are done⭐️ I just wanted to say a huge thank you to all our AMAZING customers who came to make their Christmas wreaths with us this year. It means so much to my mum and I that so many of you come back each year and that you bring more and more friends and family to enjoy your evening with. Our Story

Guttridges is a 3rd generation florists. Flowers and customer service are our passion. I’m one of the lucky one who gets to play with flowers every day, from ordering flowers direct from growers and suppliers in Holland and across U.K to creating beautiful bouquets for weddings, events or birthdays etc. At Guttridges we have a team of like minded dedicated people who we split between our different premises. We are also fortunate enough to have our own nursery - a mini garden centre where we grow our own plants, flowers and foliage which we use in our day to day floristry and also supply local hotels, venues and councils with plants and hanging baskets.

We offer a personal delivery service which covers the majority of South Wales and also work in conjunction with a courier or other florists to deliver your flowers nationally or internationally.

The biggest advantage of ordering flowers direct from a small family company like ourselves compared to an internet order company is that not only do we care about you and the recipient but also we would give great value for money and a personal, professional service. We can be easily contacted and will respond immediately to any concerns or issues.

With over 150 years of experience between us we hold a number of workshops throughout the year where you are welcome to come and join us to create something fabulous! Its always a very informal relaxed time where we tell you stories of the trials and tribulations of a local florist and a few of our experiences at Chelsea flower show and of course our television debut where we had comedian Rhod Gilbert come to do his show “Work Experience”
