Doug had this to share; “Beef that has been born and reared at my own family farm from some prize winning stock.
Our beef is all hung on the bone for a minimum of 3 weeks to make it as tender and flavoursome as possible. Our cattle are on a 90% grass based diet and can be seen roaming the fields in the beautiful Howe O The Mearns during the summer months.”
