Room Reveal ❤️

We love seeing our clients faces when they walk into their reception.

We believe your wedding cake should be a feature of of your wedding, a big no no is a cake out of view with a creased table cloth (anyone who’s worked with us knows that we shudder when we see a creased table cloth)

Work with your caterers to ensure they have the right tables and linens for your cake. Add this as a key feature on your mood/Pinterest board.

Behind the scenes of a venue set up is far less pretty than our Instagram page. It’s a military operation from door to door! We always stuck to the same process : * Traffic checks to ensure we arrive on time ( although generally we are always an hour early!) *Inventory check into the van, always making sure we have way more than we need to cater for every eventuality! * Wedding / Event timeline check x 100! to ensure we know exactly where we need to be and when. * Arrival to the venue to designated loading area, meet with your venue manager and events team to ensure a slick set up. * Constant time checks! Always start of in turbo mode so we can have the time to do the “fluffing “ overall styling, bringing your mood board to life. * If we are staying to coordinate the rest of your day we will make ourselves more presentable, and turn from logistics, into front of house. * Next day we will arrive at the designated time to take everything away, leaving you to enjoy your wedding bubble. Whether we have an hours turnaround time ( like here at @searcysgherkin ) or 5 hours we will always follow the same process to ensure you can relax, turn up and enjoy the wedding of your dreams. #weddingstyling #trustheprocess
