SENIOR PARTY HOST (flexible weekend work)

With the recent opening of our brand new Southampton salon,  we are excited to be looking for a 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘆 𝗛𝗼𝘀𝘁 to help oversee the operations and running primarily of our 𝗖𝗼𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗺 branch. The chosen candidate must have the same passion and enthusiasm of our founder Anita and continue to add to the huge success that Girlylicious has had over the past 11 years.

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲:
• Oversee running and operations of parties.
• Ensure excellent customer service.
• Manage a small team of staff members.
• First point of contact for customers/staff.
• Think fast on your feet for any eventualities that may occur within a party with customers and staff.
• Confident, assertive and friendly approach to adults, children and staff members.
• Ensure all members of staff are working always to promote the Girlylicious brand and reputation.
• Emphasise to staff always the importance of providing a positive and memorable experience.
• Lead and host all aspects of party packages.
• Interact with adults and guests throughout their parties.

• Dependability
• Good timekeeper
• Excellent work ethic
• Strong communication skills
• Must be able to adapt to situations
