Thousands of visitors showed up to Southsea Food Festival over the weekend to support Portsmouth's business and the local economy.

With over 60 traders to choose from, visitors sampled an array of mouth-watering dishes!

Day two of the food festival, we had sun, rain and a massive octopus!! We’ve had a blast!! Thank you to all our partners especially Victorious Festival for pre event support and the fab team working with us to get the traders in and busy on both days. Chefs on stage, The Southsea Deli and Express FM for hosting our conversations and kitchen demos, toob , Costa Coffee and Hendy Group for sponsorship. The Wedgewood Rooms for the fantastic music and our market partners Hampshire Farmers Market and Love Southsea. Big shout out to Vespasian Security and for keeping us safe. Southsea food festival wouldn’t be what it is without our wonderful traders and everyone that comes to the festival. Thank you ☺️ We are off for a lie down 😊

Do you know how you're getting to Southsea food festival this weekend? 🤔

It's likely to be busy so if possible walk, scoot, cycle, or take public transport to get you there.

• The Park and Ride service will take you to the D Day Story, Southsea which is just next to the our festival site.
• Take the train to Portsmouth & Southsea station is a 20 minute walk away.
If you're getting the bus:
• First Bus routes 1,3 & 18 or Stagecoach route 23 will get you there!

If travelling by car
• Parking (including disabled) is available at the Pyramids car park, D Day Story car park, Southsea Common car park.

Southsea Food Festival incoming😋

Many of our will be at the festival, showing off their products, skills and hard work. Expect Croxton's, SPARK Community Space and The Portsmouth Distillery Co. along with many more. They'll all come together to fill the Southsea streets with different flavours and tastes. This weekend is going to be delicious!
