What a whirlwind week it’s been! 🌪️ Kicked things off at Expo 22 Bishopsgate, London, surrounded by 500+ . Two days of intense supplier meetings, engaging content sessions, and catching up with familiar faces – truly invigorating!

We recently had the pleasure of attending the Inspirational Venue Roadshow, organised by CHS Events at Farnborough International Exhibition & Conference Centre followed by dinner and an overnight stay at Aviator

Thank you to Michelle and Jenny for creating another fabulous event where we made new meaningful connections and re-connected with existing ones.

Today we are helping to deliver an event for The Global Leaders Forum at The Inner Temple, London.

The Inner Temple is one of the few remaining Georgian style event halls in the City of London suitable for hosting a variety of events. This week MYT Events are onsite at the Royal Garden Hotel in London to support the HCE Coalition with a Hybrid meeting. The conference focuses on collaboration and strategy, where participants can engage in meaningful discussions and share insights on maximising their campaign impact.

Onsite we are playing a crucial role in ensuring the event's success by helping manage the virtual components' technical aspects, including setting up and configuring the Zoom room with the onsite AV team Encore - EMEA troubleshooting any issues that arise and providing technical support to participants. Our support ensures seamless and engaging integration between the virtual and physical participants, regardless of their location.

Last week, we organised a conference for 90 people at The Grand Malahide Hotel, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The hotel's location is unbeatable, just a short drive from Dublin Airport with stunning views of the sea.

The hotel team went above and beyond to make our conference a success, providing excellent conference rooms, top-notch AV support, delicious food, and outstanding service.

We're thrilled to say that our client was delighted, and both the MYT and hotel teams were very happy with the outcome. We extend our heartfelt thanks to The Grand Hotel Malahide and look forward to returning soon!

What a week last week! From Brighton to Dublin with a webinar in between.

A spotlight on Venue Finding.

We're a few weeks into January, and we already have many venue find enquiries on our books. With client requests for Prague, Dublin, Ghent, Bath, Bristol, Cheltenham, The Midlands, London, Glasgow, Edinburgh and Barcelona, to name a few.

Last week two of the team had a jam-packed day of appointments in London to check out a wide range of fabulous venues. Here's what we loved about one of them Leonardo Royal Hotel London St Paul's

We worked closely with The Fred Hollows Foundation (FHF) to deliver their exclusive ‘Eyes on Equity’ evening reception at the Australian High Commission in London on 1st December 2022. Leading members of the International Eye Health Community, ambassadors, dignitaries and private sector businesses joined together to celebrate The Fred Hollows Foundation’s achievements over 30 years of tackling the challenge of avoidable blindness. The evening focused on the critical nature of equity in health and eye health, especially for women and girls.

The 13th Annual Neglected Tropical Disease NGO Network (NNN) Conference was held virtually and in-person this September at the Hotel Yak and Yeti, Kathmandu.

It was the first hybrid NNN Conference. Maximize Your Time has been the Professional Conference Organiser for the conference for nine consecutive years, and it was an exciting challenge to take on. Managing over 100 speakers, 300 in-person delegates, and 150 virtual attendees from more than 50 countries is an intricate task.

We provided the NNN Conference with full planning for the event, including detailed delegate management support, venue liaison, pre-event management, programme shaping, speaker management and branding designs. NTD NGO Network
