Last week, we organised a conference for 90 people at The Grand Malahide Hotel, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The hotel's location is unbeatable, just a short drive from Dublin Airport with stunning views of the sea.

The hotel team went above and beyond to make our conference a success, providing excellent conference rooms, top-notch AV support, delicious food, and outstanding service.

Last week two of the team had a jam-packed day of appointments in London to check out a wide range of fabulous venues. Here's what we loved about one of them Leonardo Royal Hotel London St Paul's

Leading members of the International Eye Health Community, ambassadors, dignitaries and private sector businesses joined together to celebrate The Fred Hollows Foundation’s achievements over 30 years of tackling the challenge of avoidable blindness. The 13th Annual Neglected Tropical Disease NGO Network (NNN) Conference was held virtually and in-person this September at the Hotel Yak and Yeti, Kathmandu.

It was the first hybrid NNN Conference. Maximize Your Time has been the Professional Conference Organiser for the conference for nine consecutive years, and it was an exciting challenge to take on. Managing over 100 speakers, 300 in-person delegates, and 150 virtual attendees from more than 50 countries is an intricate task.

We provided the NNN Conference with full planning for the event, including detailed delegate management support, venue liaison, pre-event management, programme shaping, speaker management and branding designs. NTD NGO Network
