Artificial wedding flowers I created recently for a lovely couple who were keen to keep the flowers after the wedding.
Good quality faux flowers are so realistic now that at a quick glance it would be hard to tell the difference .
Bride’s bouquet, bridesmaid posy, corsages and buttonholes to match. 🤍💚

Leanne asked me to decorate her wedding venue with lots of natural foliage and ivory single Roses. Also to incorporate her candles and glass vases.

Bridal bouquet, bridesmaid’s posies, buttonholes finished with twine and Mum’s wrist corsages.
The bride wanted ivory flowers with greenery but also requested little succulents in her bouquet 🤍💚

I was honoured to be asked to create this very special funeral tribute this week as a final farewell to a much loved gentleman.
All the lettering was created with flowers. A very fiddly and time consuming task but I was so pleased with the final result ☺️

Cuts all over my hands, my whole body is aching , I’ve lost track of what day it is and that’s all thanks to you ! 😂
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for keeping me so so busy this Mother’s Day. It was a crazy week with funeral work all week finished off with the Mother’s Day madness 😆
A big thank you to my husband too, who ran around answering the door to everyone and helped with the deliveries. I definitely could not have done it without his help. 😘
Today I’ve been mostly recovering but promise to catch up on all unanswered messages and wedding quotes as soon as I can. Meanwhile here’s a few snaps of some of the Mother’s Day orders I created, didn’t have time to photograph all 60 of them😂

💐MOTHER’S DAY COLLECTIONS AND DELIVERIES 💐
All orders for Saturday collection will be ready to collect from 10AM until 8PM. No need to message just turn up and my Saturday boy ( husband ) 😂 will be here to answer the door to you so I can stay in my workshop making up everything. Please don’t think I’m being rude 😘
If you have arranged to collect Saturday evening please come after 5pm. If I have made it earlier than expected I will send you a DM
Deliveries on Sunday will start from 10AM until I finish, hopefully around lunchtime.

I’m aware that I have quite a few messages that I haven’t had chance to answer over the last couple of days. Your interest in my work is much appreciated and I will catch up with everything as soon as I have dealt with all my Valentine’s work.
Please note that it’s just me making everything, delivering, obtaining stock and dealing with admin. Despite working from early in the morning until late at night sometimes I just don’t have enough hours in a day to do everything. I promise I will answer every message and enquiry as soon as I can 😊

I don’t just do funerals and weddings although it may seem that way from the photos I post. 😃
Florist choice bouquets are always available to preorder. My flowers are beautifully wrapped and presented in a luxury Floralbox . Flowers can stay in these lined boxes as they act as a vase. No need to unwrap or find a suitable vase.
The blooms will last for ages as they are premium quality flowers from Holland and I don’t keep anything hanging around in storage. Every week I order in the flowers for my orders.
Prices start from £28 plus delivery.

Here at Shelley Vernon Floral Design a large part of my work is to create floral tributes for funerals and remembrance.
In the language of flowers we express condolences and love, therefore it’s always an honour to be asked to make such special floral tributes which I create with sympathy, care and respect for your loved ones.
I hope my flowers bring comfort during difficult times and show that beauty can be found even in the midst of sorrow.
